I have tried to change the pollen filter but mine looks nothing like what is described here or on other forums.
I have cut the panel out removed every screw I can find but I can find no removable panel with the filter in it. I can prise the 2 sectins of the heater box apart all I can see is what looks like a heater matrix and a couple of pipes but no filter, I do wonder if it actually has a filter.
I would be grateful for any help/answers.
