i have a 1998 kawaski kvf 400 b four wheeler that was leaking fuel so we got a carburater kit and installed it. now the engine is running very rich and won't rev up right. if you manually raise the slide in the rear of the carburater it runs better. can't figure out what makes it go up and down. hope you can help!
