my van wont start at all but when it is running its spot on i have to start it by spraying wd down the air filter pipe i have had it on the diagnostiks and its saying there is no problem ive changed the heater plugs and changed the fuel filter please if someone has got any idea what the problem is could you let me no

have you checked that there is a live feed to heater plugs when you turn ignition on.if not there could be a seperate fuse for them or relay timer could be faulty.
