stains on my car paintwork due to wrong outside cover?

i have a classic car wich i have to keep under a cover out side i have been using a halfords breathable cover with no prob . my friend gave me a exterior cover but was not breathable i now have milky stains over my car its red paint anyone help !!!!!! kel

A typical red paint problem.....take off the bloom on the paint by using some Autoglym paint restorer (used gently) and when the bloom is gone, give it a couple of coats of resin polish by the same manufacturer. Then store your car under a breathable cover.
