It cant really be repaired, has to be replaced.
Best to renew the timing belt and tensioners at the same time.
Phone a few garages for prices, dont take it to a dealer, they're too expensive.
Driving the car with a failing pump can cause the timing belt to snap or jump some teeth which will cause extensive (and expensive) damage to the engine.
