What is wrong with my van fridge?

My caravan 3 way fridge has stopped working on electrics all fuses checked and working. Working on gas too but not getting cold from the electrics. Help

take out fridge disconecct all feeds.turn upside down overnight (this will move the coolant liquid) reinstall
