fault on hotpoint

Hi gill,

You should be able to find the meaning of the Error codes shown on your Hotpoint machine at:

http://www.hotpointservice.co.uk/Service/faq/errorcodes.html

Error 11: No hot fill. The ambient temperature is likely to be below freezing possibly due to the pipes being frozen. Also check that the taps are on or if the drain hoses are kinked.

(I think the Error you have is as above but please check as I am not 100% sure)
