citroen xantia leaking lhm fluid from front pipes?

Small joints on top at front of engine, these seem to leak under pressure and have soaked whole left hand side of wheel arch, any seals in these? can i seal with PTFE tape?

no tape. must use proper seals very cheap from dealer any good garage will sort it out.not diy
