Unusual that usually there is narrow cupboard between the cooker and fridge where you should see the pipes. That's where my tap pipes were accessed from and I've have three c/vans Ralley, Ambassador and current on a Lunar.
Usually when you unscrew the tap block from the rear counter it pull the pipes up high enough to slacken the jubille clips but before tie a strong cord around each pipe leaving long tail on each for draw rope so if they do drop you can recover them by pulling on the cord.
