My weak and feeble logic tells me that the blade will rotate clockwise when viewed from underneath and the cutting edge on the blade will suggest if this is true or not.
The securing bolt will be arranged so that normal rotation tends to tighten it (would be dangerous otherwise) so it will have a rh thread if it rotates cw.
The "edge" on the blade will indicate left or right handed.
Of course I could always be wrong...
