gear linkage problem 54 kia sedona?

put car into reverse and the gear lever went right down and jammed,now stuck in 4th and seems loose,any ideas?

yep ,i had the same problem ,and before any anti kia sedona fans start this car has been a gem no trouble at all till the rod went ,only bother being the rods from kia have to be bought in two which is a bummer when you only need the one ,prise around £240 ,then labour , cosr 350 .

yea remove trim around gear stick and you will probably find one of the selector rods broken!
