I am having a problem replacing cartridges and printing. The error message says that I need some new parts but I have replaced both cartridges and I managed to run a test print before it packed up altogether. The cartridges were budget ones I have to admit but they have worked OK for the past three years or so. Its an ancient printer but simple. I don't seem to be able to find a replacement printer in the C42 plus series
