dna 125?

ok i have a dna 125 on a 02 plate i had to put a new belt on anyway the bike use to do 78 to 80 mph but now with new belt it only does 60 to 65 any 1 know why ????

The belt needs to be run in so to speak.
When it is settled it will regain it's normal speed..
