had a new rad fitted on a vaux vectra 1.9 cdti,,went to drive it and it seems it has lost its power!! but the intercooler sysem hasn't been fitted entirely yet,would that cause the lose of power??

yes it would as the cooler air through the intercooler contains more oxygen for better combustion so more power. and if it's not been put back '' entirely'' there may be no boost pressure at all but can't understand why you would test the car without everything being put back correctly first i know i would'nt
