how do I restrict my speedfighter to 30mph?

My son is 16 and wants to be able to ride my speedfighter but it has to be restricted. How is this done?

there is a plate that needs to go back in to the variator to restrict the speedfight back to standard - i should have one somewhere if you are interested - email rbatemanmotorcycles at blueyonder.co.uk
