i have a 49cc mini moto it take ages to start it but wen i turn ptrol on it starts but lyks out a lot of pertol out carb so i turn off then it runs in till i take a couner then i makes a choking sound then die and also my chain keeps cuming off even tho it ded tight any help plz

the carb may be nakerd or it might be the float as mine has the same problem
