JCB are useless - there is a site called gr8spares.co.uk who have taken over the spares for JCB but they have none instock for your model - a very helpful company is solenttools.co.uk - they had spares for this model and the lady on the phone was very helpful. Moral of the story is do not buy a JCB Lawnmower - you would think a company that builds massive diggers etc would be able to build and supply parts for a simple lawnmower - will not be buying JCB again!
