It is either your indicator unit or a bad earth. Follow wires from each indicator and make sure all connections are clean and tight. where it is bolted against frame this is where it is earthed make sure these are not rusty but on clean metal. The indicator unit will be where all the wires end up. It is round and silver with 2 or 3 connections. make sure clean and tight. Simple job just take your time
