fuel leaking from small hole on carburator of peugeot speedfight 50cc near the float housing and it has bad throttle responce

Time to get the carb out and give it a good clean.
Have you been low on fuel recently. Sounds like dirt in carb floats or jets
Be very gentle with it and take your timewhen taking apart and remember where everything goes. It is a easy job just be very careful. clean parts with clean petrol.
