I have been having a problem with My KS360 -It keeps turning itself off. I have noticed when I have had it in my hand it freezes and also turns itself off

Take out the battery and leave it in a cool dry place for about an hour. Then put the battery back in. That should sort it.

dont listen to anyone
i have the same phone and its only turned off once untill i tried turning it off every night/second night
and so it worked so all u hav to do is turn it off evry night or two
and it worx!!!!!
my frends used to turn off every day, TWICE
and wen she tried this it hasnt turned off since
cuz this phone needs its rest :)

so try it
and trust me :)
dont waste money getting it fixed :)

i had the problem with my phone especially when it was playing one particular song i found pressing the volume button for like the first 20 seconds of the song fixed it and stopped it from turning off.

My LG KS 360 shows nothing on the screen. It was fine up until yesterday now it has a black screen, all the buttons flash but nothing on the screen comes up... anyone know how to fix it?

go into your settings and press reset. it'll get rid of everything, your settings, files etc. but it'll stop your phone switching itself off. i had the same problem.

I Have The Same Problem With My Fone , You Need To Take The Battery Out Along With The Sim Card And Blow , It Is Only Static Electricity Causing The Problem ..
