get yourself one of the old ultra rare yamaha rdz 125,s with the tzr engine which has the famous ypvs power valve system 12hp-21hp.
not only will it turn some heads because of the rareness of the bike itself but it will go like absolute stink,also you can rebore up to 7 times.

If that is what you want there are no better. However shop around DONT buy the first one you see and if you can get one that has been well looked after and has a service history. Lots out there but a LOT of thrashed rubbish. Twist and go mag a good place to start
