Bosch sgs5312gb/12 fills and drains at the same time also the wash pump runs and also there is a small dot in the display, the control panel will not reset

Hi, we have a fault with a Bosch SRS5612GB slimline dishwasher, everything works except the cups and dishes come out dirty and it has a loud ticking noise from the right hand side. have checked all the spray arms and filters but no luck.

I had the same problem.
There is a "regulator- water level" sensor located on the LHS. It is a bellows with a micro switch attached. The bellows is made of silicon which ants eat. It can be taken apart and the hole sealed with silicon sealer or other such flexible sealer.
The unit is located by removing the LHS panel. The part number (or at least for my model) is 263094.
