I have a mountfield sp470,original problem was it would not stop i fixed this (part bent) ,i removed filter case looked at it and put it back on ,cutting grass engine came to a halt ,filled fuel ,could not get it started left overnight ,it started but appears slow.changed spark plug item was black at the bottom . any help
