How can I fix code "H6" problem on my Daewoo Washing Machine DWD-F1221S?

Have contacted manufacturer and various other places nobody seems to know what "H6" means, can somebody help please?

"H6" seems to be a heater related problem, thought I would ivestigate fault myself, found wire hanging off back of drum where the water heater is located, reattached wire machine now OK.
