2. Insert one of the supplied mode keys into the mode switch and turn it to the REG position.
3. Insert the plug into the AC outlet
4. The buzzer will sound 3 times.
this is where the problem lies on step 4 I'm hearing a continuous buzz. after hearing this continuous buzz i turned it OFF then back to REG and instead of seeing "0.00" i saw 00000000. i don't known what the problem could be.
Make sure you have the batteries removed first, then leave it on REG mode unplugged for about 30 mins, then plug back in. After 3 beeps, put batteries in.
