It's a straightforward job, i do it in 4 hrs but you need a haynes manual if you've never done it before, you need to drop the engine by about 10 inches so you can slide the box off, which is done by removing the exhaust, the engine mount on the top of the engine, the drive shafts ect... so you need a good jack, some axle stands and some blocks, the gearbox itself is quite heavy so an extra pair of hands is a must... hope this helps
