how can i rest heating safety valve heatline s30?

i released the pressure in the above valve and i can not stop it dripping from the o/flow pipe outside

you should renew the safety valve. you could try flushing clean water through it while opening and closing. i would recomend that you do not try to take it apart to clean as this is a safety device and should be renewed if it is faulty.
