This is the method I use, with the engine stone cold!!! remove the cap on the expansion tank, run the engine at a high idle until it reaches normal temperature, then let it idle at normal idle for 10~15 mins then with the engine still running, replace the cap on the expansion tank and continue to run at idle speed for another 10 mins this should "burp" the air out, then when engine cold again top up with a 50/50 mix of anti-freeze/water if needed
