I asume you are talking about the top double element. The outer one is the bake assist element which comes on when you select bake (sometimes called classic bake) as well as the bottom element. The inner element is the grill element. Only comes on when you select grill. So you will have two elements each with two connector tabs making 4 connections. The 2 blue connectors are the Neutral so they go one on each element so that they join the two elements together. The green wire is the earth and this goes onto a tab on the side of the element on the metal outer cover. Now the orange & red wire will be one for grill element & one for bake element (on the opposite end of the elements from the blue wires) Unfortunately, the wiring diagram does not show colour codes. So I can't say for sure if the yellow or the orange is the bake etc. I suggest you try yellow on the outer bake & orange on the inner grill element. Turn it on, select grill & check which element heats up. If the inner one gets warm to touch then wiring is correct. If outer element starts to warm up then simply switch off and swap the orange & yellow wires.
