i have install my webcam mikomi dc-6120 1.3mp it will not show an image the mic work and the green light on the front is always on

Mine does the same thing, but it shows just a grey blur, I have tried the focus but it doesn't help. I don't know what to do? Whether to install it again? I lost my disk so does anyone have a link to a driver I can download?
