how can i replace my neff oven element model B142 /B1430 / B1920?

which wires connect to which connector when i replace my oven element

Remove the screws holding the element and gently pull it towards you about one inch. The connectors are angled so you will need to angle the element to pull the wires gently through the hole. There are only two wires that connect to the element using spade connectors, remove them and connect the new element. There are four spade connectors on the element but you will see that this is just two pairs of two connected to each end of the element. Connect one wire to one connector of one pair and the other to one connector of the other pair. Switch off your oven at the mains before doing any of this.
