What keeps running my battery down?

I have a Bobcat 52" cut Z mower that I have just replaced the battery and voltage regulator. The battery is still going down after about two cuts. Any ideas what to check next?

Maybe its the battery charging system that has failed. Put a volt meter across the battery terminals, and it should read about 12v. On cranking, this voltage will reduce to about 10.5v. With the engine running, the voltage should be just over 14v.
