How or what part do I need to replace so that my Kenmore Ultra Care 90 series Tumble Dryer model#96593430 will heat up. It only blows cold air and will not dry clothes.

Hello,

To start with you have to make sure you have 240 volts at the dryer and make sure your exhaust vent is not blocked up with lint. Next, you have to use your ohm meter and test the heating element, all thermostats and cutoffs for continuity. Any breaks in any of these items and they need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
