I have no clutch pedal tension?

I replaced the clutch and pressure plate and throwout bearing on a 1991 Honda Accord EX.I replaced the clutch master cylinder and the clutch slave cylinder at the same time and I cant seem to get any clutch pedal tension.Any suggestions would be very helpful.Thanks Michael
