hi i had the same problem last year, my filter was blocked, open the white pannel on the back and you will see a plastic clip on a large black pipe, remove this ( make sure you have a tray to catch any water) and clean out, i found parts of my other halfs under wire stopping it functioning properly, worked fine after this. hope this helps
