Pull away the plastic cover at the base of the arm, and undo the nut. Now the next stage depends if your luck is in or not....the arm may pull straight off with slight leverage from a screwdriver (protecting the paintwork or plastic of course) or you may have to resort to buying a small puller from Laser tools or similar. The trouble is, the fixing is tapered, and the arm which is made from aluminium, cuts its own spline onto the wiper boss - which sometimes means shifting them is hellish difficult.
