burner goes to lockout without firing?

Hi , I have an EOGB inter 2011 burner. ,
Its going to lockout after aprox 10 secs..motor /fan is still running but its not firing up at all. Fan runs on for approx another 30 secs beforeit all shuts down.

i have had new photocell, coil and lead, and control box, The electrodes have been cleaned and reset, and I have checked that there is oil present at nozzle , any ideas what to try next

You are clearly missing something ! you need to get an OFTEC Engineer to sort it, it sounds like you have probably spent more money on it than the cost of a professional call out

Hi, Yes i can see the spark, I have a full tank of oil and have oil to the nozzle.
The motor and fan run smoothly.. but still no flame.
I have tried options with the photocell..ie covering it up or disconnecting ..but not making any difference at all. still going to lockout after 10-15 seconds!.. The pump is working fine ( i`ve tried to reset that many times..the motor /pump and control box are getting warm lol.)
Any suggestions pleeeese

Obviously there is no sign of ignition here...things to check:
Are the electrodes actually sparking at the ends? (They can arc out further down or on the blast tube wall)
Is the pump pressure high enough? (Around 140 psi)
How do you know the oil is actually spraying out of the nozzle? (There may be wet oil deposits on the boiler wall directly in front of the blast tube)
Your burner should have a Danfoss BFP pump, with a solenoid coil on the top. These coils are problematic but you say yours is new. The coil operates a valve inside the pump body, and I wonder if this is working. I'm assuming that all your tank taps are on, and the oil is reaching the burner, of course!
