whats wrong with my tddi mondeo?? any advise?

I have a mondeo tddi 02 plate and saturday night it started chugging, with blue smoke coming out the back. Then eventually it cut out and was unable to start it until it had cooled down. Any ideas what i need to replace as it is undriveable so I cant take it to a ford garage

Has it lost any engine coolant? Sounds like head gasket or cylinder head failure to me....

Please check that your car radiator has actually got water in it? I hope the engine wasn't about to seize up due to overheating!
