According to the instruction manual, after an alarm you reset the system by simply pressing the reset key. If all the warning indicator lights (Zone, Tamper, Attack) go out then the system has been reset successfully.
If any of the indicator lights continue to flash then the system has been programmed to be reset by the installer and you must call them to arrange this.
If all the indicator lights are on steady (not flashing) and the keypad stops working, then the system has entered a fault lockout. You must contact the installer to correct this fault too.
