how to repair sandisk usb memo drive?

I INSTALL IT BY PLUG AND PLAY AND INSERTED THE DATA THAT SERVED ME,AFTER 1 DAY I INSERTED THE USB PEN DRIVE AND IT DID NOT SHOW ANYMORE THE SCREEN-ENTER PASSWORD- AND IT DOES NOT OPEN ANYMORE,DRIVERS ARE UPDATED,IT SIMPLY SHOWS THE SANDISK SCREEN AND NOTHING MORE..WHAT TO DO ? THANKYOU
