I had the same problem and I got upset and let it sit there for a year. Today I finally got on the floor and told my self that I couldn't make it any worse and it took me five minute to fix it. On the bottom where you find the power on and off switch and the power cord there is this little nob looking thing. You can turn that nob either way with your fingers, if you get a flash light you can read that it says fuse. Turn off and unplug the treadmill then push the nob in (keeping the pressure on it) turn the nob counter clockwise then pull on it, it should come right out. You can put it back in and see if that works, if not just buy a new fuse, you can find them where the sell electronics.
