Front Seat Belt Removal?

How do I undo the lower attachment point on the drivers seat belt inertia reel assembly. It appears to have an unusual type of bolt fitted?

Hi Steve,
without knowing the make of car I would make a guess that it is a "torx" bolt, you can buy the "torx" adapters from most car accessory shops (Halfords)
