how can i fix my house alarm (c&k securit 700l plus)?

The problem with the alarm is the control pad beeps but no lights come on and it won't set.

I've just experienced the same thing, we had the power off and now it's back on the control box beeps if you press a button but no lights come on and can't set it. Anyone help?
