Could somebody tell me how i can fix a cam belt on a renault scenic R reg????????????

when you say "fix" the cam belt i assume you mean to replace it , if your not 100% sure get a garage to fit it , if you want to have a go yourself invest in a haynes manual , because if not done correctly considerable damage will be caused to your engine , if it's allready snapped damage done i'm afraid
