We have just discovered our onboard water tank is leaking on our elddis tornado xl 93 caravan. how can you get to the tank to replace it or repair it?

I have a elddis whirlwind GT I had a problem on the cold water tank...this was the side of the tank that lies on the polystyrene base...small perforation are made
caused by condensation forming...the whole unit can is easy to remove .let me know if it is that what is happening and I will let you know how to repair.
