how can my mate fix his Peugeot, 50 cc, speedfight 2?

its okay starting of, but once yu get past half throtal, it kinda stuters and misfires, how can he fix this?!

Then fuel.
is it manual choke? Is choke stuck on. If it is automatic choke then time to strip carb down
