Like Frank we have a veritas alarm and cannot get it to reset - in fact we just bought the house. Mains electgric had been off for a while but it is a fairly new system. Any suggestions? Has anyone got a manual they would be kind enough to send to us? Or email section to start up/re set, also is the engineer's code 1234 to re-set all veritas? Thanks everyone.
