When i am driving a light comes on (car with spanner through it) so i stop and turn the engine off and then when i restart the engine after a few minutes the light goes off but it has started to come on again. Will it conk out when i am driving and can we repair it ourselves? Thanks

This should fix your problem as well and the money you save should pay for the device. At the very least it will show what is putting light on and allow you to decide if it is gonna cost the earth to fix.
it will also be of use if the light comes on again with another fault

Your car is telling you that its nearly ready for its service....the car won't break down and once the service has been done, the garage will turn off the light for you.
