It depends on the PC. Some use a series of keystrokes. Others have a small switch.

On some machines Fn (function) F2 does this but you can always do it by going to Control Panel - Network Connections - Right Click on the Wireless Icon & select View Available Wireless Networks... Look for your Wireless Router and connect to it...
