There's a small drain pump right at the bottom of the machine - sometimes food debris like lemon pips gets stuck under the impeller blades and stop it turning.
Remove all the filters at the bottom and bail out the water with a cup or small milk jug - mop up the remaining water with an old towel.
Right at the bottom on the left you may see a single Torx Screw. If you undo it you can then take off the cover of the drain pump impeller and clear away any debris that my be stuck there. The small blades should rotate easily by hand but you will feel a slight magnetic resistance.
It's a five or ten minute job if you have the right driver tool.
